Ingredients

    20 oz package Jennie-O extra lean ground turkey
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 packet Simply Organic sloppy joe seasoning
    2c 365 (Whole Foods) roasted vegetable pasta sauce
    7 oz VitaSpelt whole grain rotini

Directions

Cook the pasta separately as per instructions on its box.

Cook the ground turkey in the oil until barely browned. In a bowl, mix the seasoning powder with the pasta sauces and add to the turkey. Simmer until desired consistency has been reached (maybe 10 minutes). For a bit of an extra kick, add 1/2 tsp of cayenne to the reconstituted spice mix.
