Skillet-glazed Chicken Breasts (or loin Pork Chops)

Ingredients

    boneless, skinless chicken breast 4- 4oz
    Maple Syrup, .5 cup
    Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    Yellow Mustard, .5 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    salt 1 dash

I used 2 chicken breast and 2 pork chops


Directions

Pat chicken or pork dry and season with salt and pepper. Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and thyme in a bowl.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken or pork and fry until browned, about 5 min.
Add glaze mixture. Turn heat down to med-low and cook until internal temperature 140', 5-8 minutes. Remove chops and keep hot.
Reduce glaze by simmering over medium heat until thick and syrupy. Pour over chicken or chops.
