20 fresh mushrooms (chopped) 1 large tomato (chopped) 1/4 cup frozen peas 2 tbsp chopped onions 1.5 tbsp paprika (red chili powder) 2 tbsp cilantro or coriander 2 tbsp sunflower oil
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Heat the oil on a medium flame in a heavy bottomed pan. Saute the onions until they become golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and sautee until the tomatoes become pulpy. Now add the paprika, mushrooms and peas. Add salt to taste. Cook until the dish becomes dry. This can be used a sandwich filling or can be eaten as a side with rice or bread. This makes five servings.
