Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

1 oz almond** (about 30 almonds)
    **or 1/4 cup almond meal
    1 Tablespoon skim milk
1/4 cup (2 oz) mashed banana
    1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet sweetener such as Stevie

Tips

Instead of mashed banana you can use pumpkin, or applesauce but choose wisely, as this will determine the flavor of your fudge.
For thicker pieces use 4"x 4" container and cut into 16 pieces - 15.8 cal; 0.9 Fat
You can keep fudge in freezer for extended period of time, but may need to let it thaw at room temperature before eating.

Directions

Place almonds in food processor to make almond meal.
Add in mashed banana, cocoa powder, milk and sweetener then process until incorporated. May need to scrap sides occasionally. Pour / spread mixture into a small plastic 6 x 6 container (plastic works well for popping fudge out)
Freeze until solid, then cut into 24 thin pieces.

Serving Size:24 small 1" pieces
