Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup
    *Date, Organic (Earthbound Farm), 170 gram(s)
    *Marantha Almond Butter, 10 tbsp
    Down to Earth Organic Protein Power, 4 serving
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled

Tips

Mix up ingredients to try something new! Add a bit TINY bit of water if the mixture isn't smooth enough.


Directions

Soak dates for 15 minutes in warm water. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Put in a pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into bars, wrap in wax paper and store in freezer!
