Ingredients

    2 Kirkland frozen salmon filets (thawed)
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T honey
    1 T cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
    2 T ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    2 scallions (chopped)

Directions

Thaw the salmon filets overnight in the fridge. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic cloves (minced), and scallions in a Ziploc bag. Add salmon filets and seal bag. Let marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake salmon in a shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam for 30-40 minutes.
