Ingredients


    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (15 oz.) Hunt's fire roasted diced tomato
    1 T Italian Herb Blend
    2 bay leaves
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T Worchester sauce
    1 tsp. Steak Seasoning
    salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste
    1 cup elbow macaroni

Directions

brown turkey with onion, garlic, and celery. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes, until pasta is done.
