Ingredients

    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbls milled flax seed
    1/4 c. almonds (a small handful)
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    handful of ice cubes

Tips

You can use whole, toasted almonds but use a nice blender to handle ice and nuts. I use a Ninja.


Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
