Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 c slices zucchinni
    1/2 c sliced potato
    1/2 c sliced celery
    1 c chopped onion
    1/4 c sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c broccoli chopped
    1/4 c chopped fresh dill
    4 cloves garlic
    6 c veg broth
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper as needed

Directions

In a a large saucepan, heat oil and saute vegetables about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer over med to low heat for 25 to 35 minutes.
