Introduction

Good enough to be used as an on-the-go breakfast. Good enough to be used as an on-the-go breakfast.
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups regular oatmeal (not quick cooking kind)
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup nonfat milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup raisins

Directions

1. Mix together dry ingredients and wet ones seperately, then combine.
2. add raisins
3. drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
4. bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes

makes 5 dozen.
