8 medium Red Potatos
Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
yellow crookneck squash, 1 cup sliced
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Borden Medleys Tuscan Herb, 1.75 cup
2 Tbsp olive oil
mix cheese and herbs as directed on pkg and sprinkle on top of veggies, place in oven again if needed to melt cheese.
