    *Chicken, Rotisserie (1 Whole Chicken), 1 serving (remove)
    Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand, .66 serving (remove)
    Kirkland Organic Salsa, 12 tbsp (remove)
    Lime Juice, .5 lime yields (remove)
    *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), .5 serving (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Shred entire chicken. Add remainder of ingredients and chill for 30 min. Can serve in 1/2 avacado
