Chicen and pasta with Wine Sauce

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz*Barilla Plus Penne
    4 Chicken Breast, skinless, boneless
    1 cup Mushrooms, fresh sliced
    .5 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    3 oz. Cream Cheese, Fat Free,
    1 CupChicken Broth
    2 oz.White Wine
    1.5 cup Water,
    Garlic salt and peper to taste

Directions

Put dry pasta in bottom of casserole add water just before adding browned chicken. Brown chicken in a non stick skillet sprayed with PAM sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, place on top of pasta and water. In the same pan sauté onions, sweet red peppers and mushrooms in a little of the chicken broth, pour on top of chicken, add remaining chicken broth, wine and Cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted over low heat, pour over sautéed vegetables. Cover and bake 45 min.
