Slow Cooker Chicken Chili

Introduction

So good over rice with a little shredded cheddar cheese (not reflected in nutrition tracker). So good over rice with a little shredded cheddar cheese (not reflected in nutrition tracker).
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground chicken
    2 19oz cans 6 bean blend (I used no name) including liquid
    2.75 cups tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    2 cups chopped onion (2 medium onions)
    1.5 cups chopped bell pepper (I used 2 medium)
    2 packages chili seasoning mix
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Crumble and cook ground chicken in a pan.

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours, stirring a few times. Serve on it's own or over rice or pasta, and/or with grated cheddar on top.

Serving Size: Makes 8 generous servings
