1 full boneless skinless chicken breast; cut to 3-4 pieces
2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Pour over chicken; top with parmesan and bake 5 minutes more.
Great served with corn, low fat garlic bread or rice, and green salad.
