Light Vanilla Yogurt 2 cups
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
Raspberries, 2.25 cup
Vanilla flavoring 2-3 tsp.
Once blended pour the servngs out into individual serving dishes and pu in the freezer for a few hours.
