Ingredients

Tofu, soft, 1 block
Light Vanilla Yogurt 2 cups
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
Raspberries, 2.25 cup
Vanilla flavoring 2-3 tsp.
Directions
Add the tofu, yogurt and berries together. Add a lillte of the milk and vanilla flavoring to taste and blend. Continue adding milk until the consistancy is just a little firmer that yogurt (you may not use all of the milk.
Once blended pour the servngs out into individual serving dishes and pu in the freezer for a few hours.
