Pulled Pork

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Lb Pork roast
    1 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
    2 tbs Salt
    1 Tbs Brown Sugar
    1 Tsp Red Pepper FLakes
    1 Tsp Cayenne
    1 Tbs Garlic

Directions

Place Roast , Garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and 1/4 cup vinegar in crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours, until roast is palling apart.

Drain roast and pull apart with forks.

User Vinegar finishing sauce to coat meat.
