Ingredients

    5 Ice Cubes
    1/2 Scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream
    1/4 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/2 or whole scoop of vanilla protein powder
    1 tablespoon of honey (it's good with or without)
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

`Crush ice cubes in blender for a few secs
`Add ice cream, blend
`Add yogurt, blend
`Add scoop of protein powder, blend
`Add honey, blend
`Add cinnamon, blend to creamy consistency
