Butter flavor cooking spray
6 Large eggs
1/8 cup chopped onion or onion flakes equivalent
1- 4oz can stems and pieces mushrooms
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp spicy mustard
2 Tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
Saute drained mushrooms until starting to brown and/or thoroughly hot.
In separate bowl: whip rest of ingredients with fork.
Pour liquid ingredients into mushrooms, and continue to stir and cook with a spatula over medium heat until eggs are set.
