Dilly Chick Pea Roll

Ingredients

Nayonaise Vegan, 4 tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
Salt, .75 tsp
Baking Powder, 3 tsp
Rice Dream Original rice milk, .75 cup
Chick Peas 3.5 cup
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .3 cup
Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix together the flour, salt and baking powder. Stir nayonaise into rice milk then add to dry ingredients. Mix until ball forms. Roll out dough into rectangle, about 12" x 9".
Mash chick peas slightly and mix in bell peppers, onion, dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.
Celery, peas, shredded carrot, leeks - they could all be added to filling.
Spread filling out on dough and carefully roll up from long side (jelly roll style). Brush top with water or rice milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 12 one inch thick servings
