Ingredients

    1 c. flour
    1 cup 1% milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    oil to grease muffin cups

Directions

mix ingrediants, pour a small amount of oil in each muffin cup. fill 3/4 full
bake at 425 for 10 min. turn down to 350 for 15 min.
