Carrot Cake Smoothie

Introduction

Filling smoothie, add your favorite greens and make it a yummy Green Smoothie. Filling smoothie, add your favorite greens and make it a yummy Green Smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 oz. carrots
    1/3 cup Raw old fashioned oats
    1 large pear
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    splash of vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
    12 oz. coconut water

    Optional add ins. (not included in calorie count)

    handful or 2 of favorite greens
    3 walnuts or pecans
    1 tbsp. grated unsweetened coconut flakes
    pineapple

Tips

When you add the nutmeg you need just the tiniest dash of nutmeg. Too much and you ruin the smoothie.


Directions

Be kind to your blender blades and grate or chop the carrots in a food processor before adding to your blender.
