1 Mama Mary's Ultra Thin Pizza Crust
1 packet Mama Mary's Pizza Sauce
2 slices pre-cooked thick sliced bacon
1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium tomato, sliced thin
1 small zucchini (about 4 oz), sliced thin
2 ounces fresh spinach, steamed and squeezed dry
1 jarred sweet roasted red pepper, chopped and squeezed dry
8 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
2 ounces reduced fat crumbled feta cheese
Need more food? Double up on the veggies, but not the meat or the cheeses. You can also switch out the veggies to include your favorites. You can even change the meat and cheeses, but you need to keep the quantities the same as the original recipe to keep the calories around the same.
CUT zucchini, onion. tomato and mushrooms into thin slices and lay in a single layer on the prepared parchment paper. Move vegetable to the oven and roast about 20 minutes.
REMOVE the crust from the package, pour one packet of sauce over the crust and spread to cover the whole crust.
IN a small bowl combine the three cheeses and stir gently to mix.
BEGIN adding toppings in any order you desire: tomato, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, roasted red pepper and bacon. top with the three cheeses.
REDUCE the temperature on the oven to 425. Put the pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove pizza, slice and ENJOY!
