Introduction

Meatballs to make to add to your sauce! Meatballs to make to add to your sauce!
Number of Servings: 27

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 pound lean ground pork
    6 cloves garlic, put through a garlic press
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 cup fresh parsley, minced
    2 eggs
    1 cup of Locatelli Romano cheese
    3/4 of Italian style bread crumbs
    2 tablespoons oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for the oil. Mix well, and form into medium sized balls, about 11/2" across. Heat the oil over low-medium heat and brown the meatballs. Drop into your pot of hot sauce to finish cooking.

Serving Size: Makes 27 medium meatballs
