Introduction

This meal is a quick fix dinner from leftover (sausages and pasta sauce)! This meal is a quick fix dinner from leftover (sausages and pasta sauce)!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Packages of Gnocchi Martelli
    4 Lean Italian Sausages

    1 1/2 C Milk 1%
    1 tbsp. Cornstarch
    1 tbsp. Curry powder
    1/3 C Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle Tomato Sauce

    1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper - diced

Directions

1) In pre-heated oven (350F) cook sausages for 25 min. Set aside and cut.
2) In sauce pan, churn milk with cornstarch at medium heat until it boil. remove from heat and add Curry powder and Tomato sauce. Set aside.
3) Prep Gnocchi as instructed on package.
4) In large pan, add everything to the gnocchi and broil for 5 min. Serve warm.
