Introduction

Ingredients


    1-2 eggs beaten
    chopped green pepper
    finely chopped onion
    diced tomato
    finely chopped ham (optional)
    shredded cheese
    Olive oil
    Pam

Directions

In med. pan saute veggies and ham in Olive
oil. In small pan coated with Pam, over med
heat, pour egg and flip when done. Put some
of the veggie mix on half and fold over. Put in
plate and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Great with high fiber toasted English muffins!
