Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni
    1/4 C Butter
    1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    2.5 C Skim Milk
    1 t Garlic Powder
    1 T Onion Powder
    1/2 t Chili Powder
    2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 C Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions

Prepare macaroni per the directions on the box.

In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter on high for 1 minute and then stir in the whole wheat flour. Add the milk and return to the microwave for 5 - 7 minutes until boiling. Add garlic, onion powder and chili powder and shredded cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted.

Drain macaroni and mix prepared macaroni together with cheese sauce. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan and top with italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
