low olive oil hummus

Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas
    1/4 raw onion of choice (I like red)
    5 cloves garlic
    juice from 2 lemons
    3 tblspoons olive oil
    *flavors to taste

Directions

in a food processor add in order and whip up until smooth and yummy: garlic and lemon juice, then onion, chickpeas, then olive oil. *I like to spice mine up with black pepper, cumin, and a little crushed red pepper flakes.
