Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped fine
    Prawn, raw, medium sized, 250 gms, cleaned and deveined
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Garlic, 15 cloves, chopped fine
    green chillies, 5 , chopped fine
    Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder, 1 tsp
    chings secret schezwan sauce, 50 grams
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

heat oil in a pan.
add the chopped onions, chillies and garlic and fry for 3 min.
add green bell pepper fry for 1 min.
add ching secret schezwan sauce, stir for 2 min
add the turmeric powder and the devined prawns
mix all ingredients and then add the water and let simmer till prawns get cooked.
you can substitute shredded chicken for the prawns
serves 4
serve with steamed rice
