Hamburger Gravy

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef
    1/3 c of flour
    5 c of skim milk
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Keep stirring to ensure that it doesn't burn. I serve this either over bread, but the kids prefer it over rice and cooked spinach.


Directions

Brown hamburger and drain. Add salt and pepper or any seasonings you like. Stir in flour until it coats the hamburger and starts to brown a bit on medium heat. Pour in milk and warm until it boils slowly. Once the gravy thickens to gravy consistancey let stand. Ready to serve.

Serving Size: approxiately 1/2 cup
