My first foray into the world of the green smoothies for a pretty bright green color. You can use any fresh greens, fresh vegetables and fresh or frozen fruit that tickles your fancy. ENJOY! My first foray into the world of the green smoothies for a pretty bright green color. You can use any fresh greens, fresh vegetables and fresh or frozen fruit that tickles your fancy. ENJOY!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    fresh spinach
    carrot
    celery
    apple
    pineapple
    mango
    japanese matcha
    almond milk-unsweetened
    flax seed
    protein powder(optional)

Tips

Add ingredients in order listed starting with the hardest items at the bottom closest to the blade. It may be helpful to add seeds and powder after spinach.


Directions

Using a high speed blender, add ingrediants as follows: .5 cup frozen pineapple; cut apple into 8ths; carrot cut to 4ths; celery cut to 4ths; mango cut up; protein powder(if you are using); matcha; flax seed; spinach, almond milk.

Serving Size: 1 or 2 servings but can be kept for up to 48 hours
