Smiley's Breakfast Shake
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
2 scoops EAS whey protein
1 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), unthawed
2 mediumApples, fresh with skin
4 tbsp Flax Seed
2 tbsp Certified Organic Flax Seed Oil
You can use any type of fruit or vegetable that you like. I have used carrots, spinach, mangos and melons. You can reduce the amount of whey protein to easily reduce the calories, but we like two scoops as it seems to provide a full morning of energy. Can reduce water and add ice to make a frozen smoothy type drink.
Serving Size: Makes 2 large glass fulls.
