3 oz chicken breast flour with salt and pepper egg beaters with a little water (egg wash) 1/4 c bread crumbs (plain or Japanese) 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce 2T shredded mozzerella 2T shredded parmesan 2/3 cup whole grain spaghetti
Dip chicken breast in flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs. Put in pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for aprox 20 minutes or until done. Heat spaghetti sauce until hot and place in oven safe pan slightly larger than chicken breast, add breast to pan then sprinkle with cheeses and bake until cheese has melted. Top cooked spaghetti with chicken breast and sauce.
