Gluten Free Cookie Base



Introduction

This is a base for any cookies you want to make. You can add flavorings or dried fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips. 2 cookies per serving. This is a base for any cookies you want to make. You can add flavorings or dried fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips. 2 cookies per serving.

Ingredients

    2 cups Pamela's Baking and Pancake Mix
    1 Large Egg
    1/2 cup of sugar
    1/2 cup of butter
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Beat egg, sugar and butter. Add vanilla and baking mix. Mix until dough is formed. If dough is sticky, add 1 TBS at a time of the baking mix. Roll into 2" diameter rolls and freeze. You can bake some immediately at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or slice and bake them straight from the freezer, same temp and time.
