Italian Chicken

Ingredients

    4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast (chopped)
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    1 package of cream cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 cup of water
    1 pkg of dry Italian Dressin Mix
    1 pkg of Whole Wheat Spaghetti or Fettucini

Tips

I always double the recipe and freeze one for another day.


Directions

Place cut up chicken, margarine in crock pot. Sprinkle with the italian dressing mix. Cook on slow for about 6 hours or till cooked through.

In a pot on the stove combine the soup, cream cheese and water. Mix together till smooth. Add the onion and let simmer, stirring frequently till onions are tender. Add all to the crock pot and mix together. Serve over pasta, rice or veggies.
