Ingredients

    Johnsonville Chicken Sausage w/Apple, 4 serving
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium
    *Red Bell Pepper 1 medium
    *Zucchini squash 2 small
    Onions 1/2 cup

Directions

Cut up all ingredients into bite size pieces. Cook sausage on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, add onions and pepper at 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place in a separate large bowl. Add potato to skillet cook for 8 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally. Add potato to sausage mixture in the bowl. Add Zucchini to skillet cook for 6 minutes. Add to sausage mixture. Stir all ingredients together. Yummmy!
