Ingredients

    1/4 steel cut oats
    1/4 quinoa
    1/4 Millet
    1/4 Oat Meal
    1/8 tsp salt
    2.5 cups water

Directions

I put all ingredients in my rice cooker (microwave) cooked for 15 minutes. I prepare with milk butter and honey. yum
