No Bake Energy Bites

Introduction

Peanut butter balls Peanut butter balls
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup ground flax seed or wheat germ
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
    1/3 cup honey
    1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1-2 TBSP protein powder (optional - I used brown rice protein powder)


Tips

This recipe is super flexible so play with it and add or omit items based on what you like. For instance, can add nuts or coconut flakes for a different taste.


Directions

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill for 30 mins in the fridge. Once chilled, form into balls approx 1" in diameter. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long!)
