Butternut Chipotle Soup
Number of Servings: 4
Peel and cube butternut squash. Cook in 2 cups water with 1 chicken boullion cube
When squash is tender, blend with an immersion blender or put in a conventional blender.
Add 1 Cup Salsa and heat.
Can serve with a teaspoon of sour cream, either hot or cold.
