1 tablespoon lowfat peanut butter
3 ounces low-fat yogurt (any flavor)
2 tablespoons granola cereal (any brand)
Directions
Cut your banana in half. The banana can actually be any size.
Spread 1 tablespoon (or 3 teaspoons) of any low-fat peanut butter on the banana.
Top with 3 ounces of your favorite flavor of low-fat yogurt.
Finally top with 2 tablespoons of any granola type cereal.
