Jenny's Veggie Pizza

Introduction

Basic Veggie Pizza using Trader Joe's Pizza Crust, Cheese, and Sauce. It is a veggie free for all, I always make this at the end of the week to use up all the leftover veggies in my fridge. Ingredients

    Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
    1 Cup TJ's Lite Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
    1/2 Cup Broccoli, chopped
    1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Cup Spinach, chopped
    1/2 Cup Trader Joe's Pizza Sauce (refrigerated, not canned)

Tips

If the top is not quite browned to your liking, I turn on the broiler for 1 minute for a nice golden brown.


Directions

1) Preheat oven to 450.
2) Place dough on floured surface and let rise for 20 minutes.
3) Toss dough and stretch to desired thickness. Place on lightly oiled pizza pan.
4) Even cover with pizza sauce, cheese, and all other or any other toppings.
5) Bake for 8-10 minutes.
6) Slice to your desire and let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.


Serving Size: 1/4 of the pizza
