    2 1/3 cups frozen veggies
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    3 cups water
    1.5 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

steam veggies w/ 1 cup of water in microwave while rice is in rice cooker (1 cup of brown rice & 2 cups of water). when rice is done, mix together and add soy sauce

makes 3 1-cup servings
