Italian sausage with chunky tomato sauce

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 italian sausage links
    3 small onions, chopped
    1/4 large green peppers, chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 can of petite diced tomatoes

Directions

Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil. Once hot add the sausages and brown. Remove sausages and add the onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until soft about 4 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes and cook sauce for another 2 minutes. Add the sausages back in and cover them with the sauce. Cook another 15 minutes.
Place sausage on a plate and cover with 1/4 of the sauce.
