1 lb. grd. turkey breast 0.5 cups rolled oats 1 large egg 1/2 large onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce, divided 1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
Mix together all ingredients and 1 tbsp. of the hoisin sauce. Spoon into a muffin tin. Cook for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Take out of oven, and drain as much of the liquid as you can. Use remaining hoisin sauce to spread over the tops of each individual meat loaves. Cook 5 minutes, or until done.
