Waldorf-ish Salad with Vanilla Yogurt

Introduction

I created this recipe out of odds and ends in my refrigerator when I realized I didn't have celery to make the traditional version. I created this recipe out of odds and ends in my refrigerator when I realized I didn't have celery to make the traditional version.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup dried cherris
    1/3 cup walnut pieces
    1/2 cup grapes, halved
    1 1/2 cup apple slices, about two small apples
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cut into niblets
    1/4 crumbled goat cheese
    1.3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions

COMBINE all the fruit in a large bowl.

SPRINKLE with nuts and cheese.

POUR yogurt over the top and gently fold the yogurt into the fruit mixture until well blended.

SERVE immediately, or cover & refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
