Jenny's Tuna Tahini

Introduction

Great twist on traditional tuna salad. Great on bread, pita, wrap, salad, or just al a carte. Great twist on traditional tuna salad. Great on bread, pita, wrap, salad, or just al a carte.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 - 5 oz. Cans Tuna, drained
    2 Tbs. Capers

    Dressing:
    2 Tbs Tahini
    1/3 Cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    3 Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1 Tbs Parsley
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1 tsp. Chili Powder (or Cayenne Pepper for an extra kick)
    1 tsp. Cumin
    1 tsp. Black Pepper (or to taste)
    1/4 Cup Onion, finely diced

Directions

1) Mix all ingredients for dressing in blender or food processer and blend until mostly smooth.
2) Gently mix tuna, capers, and dressing in a bowl.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
