Cheeseburger Casserole

Introduction

This is done in a 9x13 and modified to have veggies and make a larger portion for a larger family. This is done in a 9x13 and modified to have veggies and make a larger portion for a larger family.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Bisquick
    6 eggs
    2 tsp Worcestershire
    1 cup half-n-half
    1 cup milk
    1 can of peas
    1 can of corn
    2.61 pounds of ground meat
    2 tsp garlic
    1 onion, chopped



Directions

Brown meat and onion in pan. Add veggies. Mix.
Grease 9x13 dish. Pour meat mixture in dish.
Mix up Bisquick, eggs, cream, water and cheese.
Pour wet mixture over meat.
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes at 400. (my oven runs cool)

Serving Size: I cut the casserole into 8 pieces.
