Introduction

a little creation of my own a little creation of my own
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 red potatoes
    3 tbsp butter
    20 baby carrots
    salt, pepper, garlic salt, rosemary, and parsley to taste

Directions

chop up potatoes and carrots, put into a bowl. shake on seasonings. Melt butter and pour over vegetables, mix well.

get 3 large sheets of foil, divide veggies up between the sheets and wrap up. Put on a heated grill and flip once. Takes about 20 minutes until they are tender.
