Chicken Ala King Lowfat

Ingredients

    2 tbsp canola oil
    2 Chcken Breast, cut into cubes
    2 carrots, diced
    2 celery, diced
    1 tbsp of onion diced
    1/2 cup peas,frozen, thawed
    2 tbsp oleo
    2tbsp flour
    Bisuits

Directions

Put 2 oil in large skillet and heat add chicken and brown on all sides take out chicken place aside. then add carrots, celery, and onion and cook until soft push aside and add in oleo and flour to make the sauce add in 2-3 cups of chicken broth. and cook until almost thick add in skim milk and cook the add in chicken to warm and peas. cook until all hot. mean while bake your biscuits, Yummo!
