Introduction

This orginial recipe has been a family favorite for many years. I have modified the ingredients to make it low fat . The orginial had a topping of crushed saltine crackers. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked and Diced
    8 oz Sour Cream, Reduced Fat
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
    6 oz No Yolks Egg White Pasta Noodles
    1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

Cook chicken and dice. Cook noodles as directed on package. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8
